intuitive geometry, périod 2011 > 2023 ..

improvisation in situ is the source of my music work (outdoor or architectural) ..
over time i could qualify these searches as intuitive ..

minimalism with acoustic instruments and objects is at the center of my first compositions/improvisations, as well as the abstract voice as of 2017 ..
things evolve and continue to surprise me every day ..


work on the object is strongly influenced by the presence of wood (assemblage/assembling, sculpture, installation) but also glass, leather, felt and other natural materials (if possible found or recycled) ..

the objects and abstract paintings can at times be similar to sound compositions in 2 or 3 dimensions ..
besides the intuition present here too, i keep a special attention for the encounter between human gesture and the form (organic, natural, accidental, intuitive, minimalist) ..

each of these disciplines can occupy the architectural space,
place par excellence of the gesture and the shape _'the gesture in the shape' ..


storage of stolen images in the form of figurative paintings retraces the human migrations mental and physical ..
that can inspire my path or express my disagreement ..

l'improvisation in situ est la source de ma démarche en musique (en extérieur ou architecturale) ..
avec le temps, je pourrais qualifier ces recherches d'intuitives ..

le minimalisme avec instruments acoustiques et objets est au centre de mes premières compositions/improvisations, ainsi que la voix abstraite dès 2017 ..
les choses évoluent et continuent de me surprendre chaque jour ..


le travail sur l'objet est fortement influencé par la présence du bois (assemblage, sculpture, installation) mais aussi le verre, le cuir, le feutre et autres matériaux naturels (si possible trouvés, recyclés) ..

les objets et les peintures abstraites peuvent par moment s'apparenter à des compositions sonores en 2 ou 3 dimensions ..
outre l'intuition présente ici aussi, je garde une attention particulière pour la rencontre entre le geste humain et la forme (organique, naturelle, accidentelle, intuitive, minimaliste) ..

chacune de ces disciplines peut investir l'espace architectural, lieu par excellence du geste et de la forme _ 'du geste dans la forme' ..

un archivage d'images volées sous forme de peinture figuratives retrace les migrations mentales et physiques humaine ..
qui peuvent inspirer mon chemin ou manifester mon désaccord ..

Tijdens deze Q-O2 concertavond nemen twee uitgesproken minimalistische duo's ons mee op een muzikale ontdekkingsreis. Sylvain Chauveau is een Franse componist van rustige muziek voor piano, elektronica en zang. Hij wordt geflankeerd door Pierre Gerard, die zich richt op de exploratie van minimalistische akoestische instrumenten.

Annette Krebs werkt met akoestische collages waarin taalfragmenten, instrumentale klanken, geluiden en stilte geïntegreerd worden. Zij vormt een duo met Taku Unami, een Japanse muzikant bedreven in het bespelen van allerhande snaarinstrumenten. Beide duo's werken vooral aan detail en textuur. De vier muzikanten hebben veel affiniteit met beeldende kunst en performance hetgeen zich weerspiegelt in de conceptuele aanpak van hun optredens.

Cette soirée Q-O2 présente deux duos minimalistes. Sylvain Chauveau écrit des compositions pour piano, électroniques et chant. Il est rejoint par Pierre Gérard, qui se concentre sur l'exploration minimaliste des instruments acoustiques. Annette Krebs travaille avec des collages sonores qui intègrent des fragments parlés, des sons instrumentaux, des bruits et le silence.

Elle forme un duo avec Taku Unami, un soliste expérimenté sur toutes sortes d'instruments à cordes. Les deux paires travaillent principalement sur le détail et la texture. Ces quatre musiciens ont beaucoup d'affinités avec les arts plastiques et la performance, ce qui se reflète dans l'approche conceptuelle de leurs concerts.

Sylvain Chauveau is a french composer of quiet music for piano, electronics and vocals who has released solo records on labels such as Type, FatCat and Creative Sources. Pierre Gerard is a minimalistic electroacoustic musician. For this duo, he will perform the cello.
